Company: Garg Global Innovative Limited (GGIL) Location: Faridabad, Haryana (on-site) Reports to: Director Function: Exports / International Sales Experience: 2–5 years in export sales, international business development, or B2B outreach (consumer goods / toys / plastics / housewares preferred)

About the Company

Garg Global Innovative Limited manufactures water guns and outdoor play products (HSN 9503) from our ISO-certified injection-moulding unit in Faridabad, with BIS/ISI marked production and international toy-safety compliance. We are a seven-decade-old manufacturing group now expanding into export markets across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe and beyond. This role owns that expansion at the ground level.

Role Summary

You will open and grow international accounts end-to-end — from identifying the right overseas retailers and importers, to reaching their buyers directly, to carrying a lead through samples and quotations to a first order. This is a hunting role, not an order-taking one. You will be equipped with product decks, pricing frameworks, and outreach playbooks; your job is to turn a target list into shipped orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain target lists of overseas retailers, importers, distributors and modern-trade chains in priority markets.
  • Identify and reach the correct decision-makers (category buyers, procurement / sourcing managers) via LinkedIn, email, trade directories and referrals.
  • Write and send clear, professional cold outreach; follow up systematically and maintain a disciplined pipeline in CRM / tracker.
  • Share catalogues, arrange samples, and prepare quotations (FOB / CIF) in coordination with production and logistics.
  • Coordinate the export cycle: proforma invoices, payment terms (TT / LC), buyer compliance packs, HS-code and certification documentation, and shipment scheduling with the internal team.
  • Represent GGIL in buyer communication and, where relevant, at trade fairs and virtual expos.
  • Report pipeline, conversion and order status to the Director on a regular cadence.
Must-Have Requirements
  • Strong written business English — able to cold-mail an overseas buyer in clear, credible, professional language. (Shortlisted candidates will be asked to write a short sample.)
  • Working knowledge of export processes and documentation — Incoterms (FOB/CIF), TT/LC payment terms, proforma invoices, basic shipping and customs documents.
  • Proven ability to research prospects and run structured outbound outreach (lead generation, follow-up discipline).
  • Comfort with digital tools — LinkedIn, email, spreadsheets/CRM, and ideally ERP-based order tracking.
  • Graduate degree; self-directed, organised, and target-oriented.
Good to Have
  • Prior export experience in toys, plastics, consumer goods or housewares.
  • Familiarity with retailer certification requirements (BIS/IS 9873, EN71, ASTM F963).
  • Existing importer/distributor contacts in target regions.
  • Additional language ability relevant to target markets.
What We Offer
  • Direct ownership of international market development in a growing, systematised manufacturing group.
  • Close working relationship with the Director and a clear path to a managerial role as the export book grows.
  • Fixed salary plus performance incentive tied to shipped orders.
