This role is dedicated entirely to the US market. Working during US business hours, you will spearhead our outbound lead generation efforts.

What You'll Do
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calling, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach targeting US-based companies.
- Qualify prospects based on their immediate IT needs, budget, and timeline.
- Schedule and seamlessly hand off high-quality discovery meetings to our Senior Account Executives.
- Maintain a deep understanding of URTech's service offerings to overcome initial objections.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily activity KPIs (calls made, emails sent, meetings booked).
- Keep all lead and account data meticulously updated in the CRM.
- 2-5 years of outbound B2B sales experience, specifically targeting the North American market.
- Willingness and ability to work US shift hours consistently.
- Exceptional, near-native English communication skills (neutral accent preferred for calls).
- High resilience and the ability to confidently navigate past gatekeepers.
- Familiarity with the IT services or software development industry.
- Experience using modern sales engagement platforms.
