Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Internal FP&A professional to join our finance team in Noida. The role will be responsible for corporate financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and supporting the financial reporting process. This position plays a key role in driving financial insights, supporting management decision-making, and ensuring financial discipline across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead corporate financial planning activities, including annual budgets and periodic forecasts
• Prepare and analyze budget vs. actual variance reports, providing clear explanations and actionable insights
• Support and improve the financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Develop financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather inputs for budgets and forecasts
• Monitor financial performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Assist senior management with financial analysis, dashboards, and presentations
• Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and policies

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 4–8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis (adjust as needed)
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with financial systems/ERP is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
