Role Description The Internal Communications Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position is responsible for planning, drafting, and delivering clear, consistent internal communication across multiple channels, including email, intranet, town halls, and digital platforms. The role involves partnering with leadership and HR to communicate organizational updates, change initiatives, and culture-building campaigns, as well as aligning messaging with brand tone and strategic goals. The Internal Communications Manager will develop communication calendars, create employee engagement content, track the effectiveness of communication initiatives, and ensure feedback loops are in place so team members feel informed, included, and heard.
Qualifications
  • Strong skills in written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging messages for diverse internal audiences.
  • Experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or related fields, preferably within technology, services, or high-growth organizations.
  • Ability to plan and execute communication campaigns, including content calendars, leadership messaging, and change management communications.
  • Proficiency with digital communication tools and platforms (e.g., intranet systems, collaboration tools, email newsletters, presentation software).
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management skills, including partnering with senior leaders, HR, and cross-functional teams to align messaging with business priorities.
  • Strong organizational and project-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of employee engagement practices, culture-building initiatives, and best practices in inclusive, non-discriminatory workplace communication.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, or a related discipline; advanced degrees or certifications in communications are an advantage.
  • Comfort working on-site in Gurugram, with a collaborative mindset and openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
