Agentic AI Trainer and Researcher

Job Summary

The Agentic AI Trainer and Researcher will be responsible for training and mentoring university faculty in the design, development, and deployment of AI Agents, with a primary focus on the Google Gemini Enterprise platform, along with exposure to other leading agentic AI platforms. The role combines hands-on technical training with applied research, supporting faculty-led projects that build agentic AI solutions for teaching, research, and administrative use cases. The incumbent will act as a bridge between cutting-edge agentic AI technology and academic adoption, helping faculty translate AI capabilities into real, functional projects.

Key Responsibilitie

• sTrain, mentor, and guide faculty members in building and deploying AI Agents on the Gemini Enterprise platform, including agent design, orchestration, tool/function calling, and workflow automation
• .Support faculty in conceptualizing, scoping, and executing agentic AI projects across departments, from ideation through to working prototypes and deployment
• .Design and deliver structured training programs, workshops, and hands-on labs covering agentic AI concepts, prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), multi-agent systems, and integration with enterprise data and APIs
• .Stay current with and extend training coverage to other agentic AI platforms and frameworks (e.g., Vertex AI Agent Builder, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, OpenAI Agents SDK, and similar tools) as relevant to project needs
• .Conduct applied research on emerging agentic AI architectures, evaluation methods, and best practices, and translate findings into practical guidance and training content for faculty
• .Develop training materials, documentation, sample agent templates, code repositories, and reusable frameworks to accelerate faculty project development
• .Provide one-on-one technical mentoring, code reviews, and troubleshooting support to faculty during project execution
• .Collaborate with academic departments, research groups, and IT/infrastructure teams to ensure secure, scalable, and effective implementation of AI agent solutions
• .Assess faculty skill levels and learning needs, and customize curricula and training pace accordingly
• .Support faculty in publishing, presenting, or showcasing outcomes of agentic AI projects (papers, demos, proof-of-concepts)
• .Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and project progress through feedback, assessments, and delivery milestones
• .Maintain records of training sessions, faculty projects, resources developed, and progress reports
