We are looking for an Internal Communications Executive to join our Corporate Communications team and drive employee engagement, culture-building, and internal communication initiatives aligned with organizational and leadership priorities.
- Foster a positive employee experience by implementing communications and supporting initiatives & campaigns that promote engagement and pride in the organization’s ethos.
- Develop strategies to amplify employee stories and experiences across internal platforms.
- Draft, edit, and proofread corporate communication materials, including creatives, announcements, intranet pages, newsletters, presentations etc.
- Take complete ownership of quality and timely delivery
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather input and ensure accurate messaging.
- Maintain communication calendars and ensure the timely dissemination of internal communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive employee recognition programs, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
- Internal Brand Analytics and Reporting. Utilize analytics tools to measure the impact and effectiveness of internal communication initiatives and apply data-driven enhancements.
- Generate regular reports and insights for leadership on communication performance.
- Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in internal communications.
- Coordinate with internal departments for procurement, payments, and related processes for internal communication requirements.
- Collaborate with support functions & ERGs to drive innovative communication and engagement campaigns aligned with organizational agendas
- Manage internal communication channels to ensure cross-organizational visibility, awareness, and education, enhancing employee experience and brand advocacy
- Act as brand custodian by guiding vendors and internal teams to ensure on-brand development of internal communications across support functions (HR, Finance, Facilities, IT, Procurement etc.)
- Oversee creation of high-quality brand assets including photoshoots, employee videos, and event coverage.
- Bachelor’s /Master’s degree in Communications or a related field.
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in handling communications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop and execute internal communication strategies, across organizational requirements.
- Ability to work in team as well as independently.
- Strong Ethical framework across interactions and relationships

- Ability to think conceptually and creatively.
