Latinum is seeking a seasoned Total Rewards leader to drive solution design and advisory for large, global clients across compensation, benefits, and rewards transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and lead Total Rewards solutions for complex, global clients
• Act as SME during sales, pre-sales, and client presentations
• Bring deep expertise in US & UK compensation and benefits, including compliance and vendor landscape
• Translate analytics into cost–benefit models and business impact recommendations
• Define KPIs, metrics, and reporting to measure Total Rewards effectiveness
• Develop industry-aligned process workflows and tech-enabled solutions
• Partner with Solutions, Transformation, and Technology teams to deliver scalable offerings
• Stay updated on market trends, platforms, and competitive differentiators

Skills Required:

• Hands-on US compensation & benefits experience (strategy + delivery)
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and consulting skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
