Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Internal Auditor, located at our facility in Kanjirappally, Kottayam. The Internal Auditor will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing financial records and audit reports to ensure compliance with regulations. Additional duties include assessing the financial processes and systems for accuracy, identifying risks, making recommendations, and preparing comprehensive reports on audit findings. The role also requires close collaboration with other departments to maintain and improve financial accountability and transparency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing detailed Audit Reports
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating financial and operational data
• In-depth understanding of Finance and Financial Audits
• Excellent Communication skills for clear reporting and stakeholder engagement
• Attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies and mitigate risks
• Proficiency in accounting and audit software is a plus
• CA (Member of ICAI)
• Experience in the manufacturing or healthcare industry is preferred
