Senior Analyst – Accounting (R2R / GL / Financial Close)Experience: 4–5 yearsLocation: Mumbai (Hybrid)About the Role:We are looking for a Senior Analyst who will independently manage key areas of the financial close cycle and support global reporting.Key Responsibilities:- Own end-to-end month-end close deliverables.- Review journal entries prepared by Analysts.- Prepare P&L and Balance Sheet schedules with variance explanations.- Drive balance sheet reconciliation quality.- Ensure compliance with IFRS / US GAAP and internal controls.- Coordinate with regional Controllers for global close.- Support audits through documentation and schedules.Required Qualifications:- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter preferred.- 4–5 years in GL, R2R, and month-end accounting in a Global Set up.- Good understanding of IFRS / US GAAP.- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.-ERP experience (SAP / Oracle) preferred.
