🔍 About the Role

We are looking for highly motivated Chartered Accountants to join our Internal Audit & Risk Advisory practice. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with leading corporates across non-financial services sectors, gain hands-on exposure, and build a strong foundation in audit, risk, and compliance within a Big 6 consulting environment.

🧾 Key Responsibilities

• Execute internal audit assignments across manufacturing, IT/ITES, FMCG, pharma, infrastructure, and other non-FS sectors
• Assist in risk assessment, process walkthroughs, and control testing
• Document audit findings, prepare working papers, and support report drafting
• Evaluate internal controls, SOPs, and compliance frameworks
• Support seniors/managers in planning and execution of audit engagements
• Interact with client teams to understand business processes and controls

🎯 Desired Profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (Fresher)
• Cleared CA within maximum 5 attempts
• Strong conceptual understanding of Internal Audit, IFC, and Risk Management
• Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced consulting setup
