The role holder must ensure strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines, balancing business growth with risk management to support the broader objectives of the bank.
Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment and training of DSTs and onboarding dealerships or stores.
- Source and manage business through DSTs and Dealerships
- Acquire new customers and ensure consistent loan disbursement volumes.
- Maintain a high-quality loan portfolio by minimizing delinquencies and rejections.
- Stay updated on retail asset products, operations, and current market trends.
- Identify evolving market dynamics and develop strategies for channel development and customer acquisition.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Recommend improvements to sales processes and policies to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
- Work closely with Collection team to reduce net credit loss and delinquency rates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support automation and digital initiatives.
- Contribute to the bank’s growth targets by supporting strategic sales and service initiatives.
Education
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector.
- Strong understanding of retail lending products and credit operations.
- Proven ability to manage sales channels and drive business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on portfolio quality and risk management.
- Ability to lead teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- High level of integrity and commitment to compliance.
