Internal Admission Counselor (Executive)

This is a full-time on-site role for an Internal Admission Counselor (Executive) based in Chandigarh. The responsibilities include guiding prospective students and their families throughout the admission process, providing detailed program information, and addressing inquiries. The role involves active engagement in promoting educational programs, counseling students on admission requirements, and achieving enrollment targets with a customer-focused approach.

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and communication skills for interacting effectively with students and their families
• Proficiency in Customer Service and the ability to address queries and resolve concerns efficiently
• Experience or interest in Sales, especially in an academic or related context
• Knowledge of the Education domain to provide accurate guidance on courses and programs
• Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse groups of people
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for documentation and communication
