Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Interior Sales role located in Surat. The Interior Sales position involves engaging with prospective and current clients to identify their needs, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. The role also includes delivering product training, managing sales operations, and participating in the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives to meet revenue targets. Additional responsibilities involve collaborating with customer service and operational teams to achieve seamless client experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities and achieve organizational revenue goals.
• Experience in Training and coaching clients or team members on products and services.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a results-driven mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, especially in interior-related fields, is an advantage.
