Interior Designer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Lucknow. The Interior Designer will work on projects from initial concept through completion, including client briefings, site visits, and design presentations. Daily responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing mood boards, space plans, and 2D/3D layouts, as well as producing detailed drawings and documentation. The role involves coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is executed within budget, quality, and timelines. The Interior Designer will also assist with FF&E selection, material sampling, site coordination, and status reporting to the project lead or management.

Qualifications

• Strong Interior Design skills, including concept development, detailing, and project coordination.
• Proficiency in Space Planning and ergonomic layout planning for residential and/or commercial projects.
• Understanding of Architecture fundamentals and ability to collaborate with architects and technical teams.
• Ability to prepare and interpret Construction Drawings and technical documentation for on-site execution.
• Experience with FF&E selection, including furniture, finishes, fixtures, and accessories coordination.
• Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and MS Office.
• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills, with the ability to work on-site and manage multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and readiness to visit and monitor project sites regularly in and around Lucknow.
