Interior Designer

Role Description The Interior Designer will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing layouts, and translating client requirements into functional and aesthetically aligned interior solutions. Day-to-day tasks include creating and revising drawings, collaborating with architects and other project stakeholders, selecting materials and finishes, and coordinating FF&E specifications. The role also involves site visits, supervising implementation, resolving design-related issues during construction, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Moradabad, requiring close coordination with the studio team and project partners.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform comprehensive Space Planning and develop practical Interior Design concepts aligned with project goals.
• Foundational understanding of Architecture principles and their application in interior environments.
• Proficiency in preparing and reading Construction Drawings, including detailed plans, elevations, and sections.
• Experience with FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection, specification, and coordination.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Skill in using design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
• Strong visualization, presentation, and communication abilities for client and team collaboration.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and current design trends; experience with on-site coordination is an advantage.
