Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Chandigarh, India. The Interior Designer will develop concept designs, mood boards, and material palettes for a variety of projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project constraints. Day-to-day responsibilities include space planning, preparing construction and interior drawings, coordinating FF&E selections, and collaborating with architects, consultants, and vendors. The role involves attending site visits, participating in client meetings, supporting project documentation, and helping manage design changes throughout the project lifecycle. The Interior Designer is expected to contribute fresh design ideas while maintaining project timelines and quality standards.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning.
• Candidates should possess relevant skills in Architecture and understanding of Construction Drawings.
• Candidates should possess solid knowledge of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection and specification.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office).
• Strong visualization, concept development, and material/finish selection abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and interact with clients and vendors.
• Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior studio or site experience is an advantage.
