About The Role

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Interior Designer with 5 years of professional experience to lead and execute design projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong design sensibilities, excellent project management skills, and the ability to mentor junior designers while collaborating with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design process for residential, commercial, or hospitality projects, from initial concept to final execution.

Develop creative, functional, and aesthetically compelling design solutions aligned with client needs and brand identity.

Prepare and present design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, space plans, and detailed drawings.

Oversee the selection and specification of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and fixtures.

Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure design integrity and timely project delivery.

Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables while maintaining high design standards.

Conduct site visits, supervise installation, and resolve design or construction challenges.

Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and ensuring professional growth within the team.

Stay current with design trends, sustainable practices, and industry innovations.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

2 years of proven professional experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).

Strong knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and construction practices.

Exceptional design sense with an eye for detail, color, and spatial planning.

Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire a design team.
