About Dohful:

Dohful is a fast-growing cookies and coffee brand with 36 offline stores across Delhi NCR and 10 more in fitout. We take pride in offering high-quality, soft-baked cookies paired with specialty coffee, creating a warm and inviting space for our customers. As we expand in NCR as well as Bangalore, we are looking for a talented Interior Designer cum Architect to join our team and shape the aesthetic and functionality of our outlets.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer cum Architect to design, conceptualize, and oversee the development of our retail spaces. At 36 stores and expanding, the primary problem statement is to modularise and standardise every element of a Dohful store in such a manner that it stands out, is unique, and looks good.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design interiors for new outlets, ensuring a cohesive brand experience.
• Modularise and standardise the kitchen design.
• Work towards creating unique brand elements for Dohful stores.
• Develop architectural layouts, floor plans, and 3D visualizations for upcoming projects.
• Optimize space planning to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Source materials, furniture, and décor elements that align with brand aesthetics and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and project managers to ensure timely and quality execution of designs.
• Conduct site visits and oversee construction, ensuring compliance with design standards and safety regulations.
• Innovate on store layouts and customer engagement areas to enhance footfall and retention.
• Maintain brand consistency across all Dohful locations through design elements and store ambiance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in retail, F&B, or hospitality interior design and architecture.
• Strong portfolio showcasing commercial/retail interior design projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering software, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of materials, furniture selection, lighting, and color schemes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Passion for creating aesthetically pleasing and functional retail spaces.
