Interior Designer cum Site Executor (Super Luxury Vertical Bungalow)

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Client Management

• Concept Development: Create design layouts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3ds Max to present concepts.
• Material Selection: Source and select materials, finishes, lighting, and custom furniture that align with the client’s budget and aesthetic.

2. Project Execution & Site Supervision

• Site Management: Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring the structural and aesthetic integrity of the design.
• Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Direct and manage subcontractors, carpenters, plumbers, and electricians to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Quality Control: Inspect work-in-progress, ensure adherence to safety regulations, and troubleshoot any on-site issues immediately.

3. Budgeting & Timeline Management

• Timeline Control: Create project schedules, monitor milestones, and ensure timely delivery of the project up to final client handover.
• Cost Estimation & Control: Prepare accurate cost estimates, manage project budgets, and prevent cost overruns.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil or a related field.
• Experience: experienced in both interior design and on-site project execution.
