Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to handle both B2B and B2C sales for our interior designed products. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing business relationships, closing deals, and achieving sales targets across retail customers and corporate/industry clients.
Key Responsibilities:
B2C Sales-
* Attend walk-in and inquiry-based customers.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable interior products.
* Conduct product presentations and explain design features, materials, and pricing.
* Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
* Ensure excellent customer experience and post-sale relationship management.
B2B Sales:
* Identify and approach architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, corporates, and institutions.
* Develop long-term business relationships and generate bulk orders.
* Present product catalogues, samples, and pricing proposals.
* Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
* Maintain regular follow-ups to generate repeat business.
Core Responsibilities-
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
* Coordinate with design and production teams for smooth order execution.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
* Maintain CRM records and customer database.
* Participate in exhibitions, events, and networking activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior products, building materials, furniture, modular kitchen, or related sales.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Proven track record in target achievement.
* Good understanding of interior materials, finishes, and design trends.
* Ability to handle both retail customers and corporate clients.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
* Local market knowledge of Bhubaneswar preferred.
