About The Job Join Opella?s Integration Core Team as an Integration Architect and help shape the future of how our systems connect. You?ll be part of a team of architects responsible for defining and evolving the integration strategy that powers our global operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on designing modern integration solutions across a variety of patterns and technologies, and who is passionate about enabling scalable, secure, and future-ready architectures. Main Responsibilities Design and evolve integration architecture standards across API-led, event-driven, process, and data integration patterns. Lead the design of APIs and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards. Collaborate with delivery teams and external partners to review and assure the quality of integration solutions. Stay ahead of integration trends and bring innovative ideas to improve our integration landscape. Define and maintain integration design guidelines, reusable assets, and best practices. Support the evaluation and adoption of new integration tools and platforms. Partner with Enterprise Architecture to align integration strategy with broader IT and business goals. About You You bring a solid foundation in integration architecture, with experience designing and implementing solutions across multiple patterns: API-led Integration (e.g., Kong, MuleSoft, Apigee, WSO2) Process Integration (e.g., SAP Integration Suite, Dell Boomi, TIBCO) Event or Message-Driven Integration (e.g., Solace, Confluent Kafka) Data Integration (e.g., Informatica IICS CDI/MI, Azure Data Factory) You?ve had significant exposure to both development and architectural design, ideally across a decade or more of hands-on experience. You have a deep understanding of API design principles, including RESTful standards, OpenAPI/Swagger, and API lifecycle management. You?re comfortable defining integration architecture standards and guiding teams in their adoption. You?ve worked in hybrid cloud/on-premise environments and understand CI/CD practices for integration assets. You?re a strong communicator and collaborator, able to influence both technical and business stakeholders. You?re curious, forward-thinking, and passionate about modern integration technologies.
