Insurance Trainer

We are looking for Insurance Trainers for a highly reputed insurance organisation

Role Description The Insurance Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. The role involves delivering insurance-related training programs to learners, ensuring they understand key concepts such as insurance products, policy terms, claims processes, and regulatory guidelines. The Insurance Trainer will design and update training materials, lesson plans, and assessments aligned with industry standards and organizational requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting interactive classroom sessions, monitoring learner progress, providing feedback and mentoring, and maintaining accurate training records. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams and partner organizations, supporting placement activities, and continuously improving training quality based on learner feedback and insurance market trends.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of insurance concepts, products, and processes, preferably with experience in life, health, or general insurance.
• Experience in training, teaching, or facilitation, with the ability to manage classroom sessions and engage diverse learner groups.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English and at least one local language relevant to Bengaluru South.
• Ability to develop and adapt training content, including lesson plans, case studies, and assessments, to different learning levels.
• Comfort with digital tools and learning platforms for managing content, tracking progress, and reporting training outcomes.
• Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a learner-centric approach, especially when working with youth from varied socio-economic backgrounds.
• Graduation in any discipline; a degree or certification in insurance, finance, or management is an advantage.
• Prior experience in the insurance sector or skill development/training organizations will be considered beneficial.
