Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced BFSI & Capital Markets Trainers with strong domain expertise and excellent training capabilities. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of banking and capital markets concepts, hands-on industry exposure, and experience delivering corporate training programs for professionals across various levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver technical and functional training sessions on BFSI & Capital Markets topics.

Design training content, presentations, case studies, and learning materials.

Conduct virtual and classroom training programs for corporate teams.

Provide real-time examples, use cases, and industry insights during sessions.

Assess participant performance and provide mentoring/support.

Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in banking and financial services.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Banking, Commerce, Technology, or related field.

Relevant certifications in BFSI/Capital Markets will be an added advantage.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Prior experience in corporate training, mentoring, or knowledge transfer sessions preferred.

Preferred Experience:

Experience working with Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or Capital Markets organizations.

Exposure to investment banking operations and financial products.

Experience in handling large training batches and stakeholder interaction
