Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Advisor located in Ahmedabad, India. The Insurance Advisor will be responsible for offering expert consultation to clients on a wide range of insurance products, identifying their specific needs, and recommending suitable coverage options. Other daily responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, building long-term client relationships, and assisting clients in understanding and selecting appropriate insurance policies to meet financial and risk management goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to build trust, maintain relationships, and effectively explain policy details
• Ability to analyze market trends and provide strategic insurance advice
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client portfolios effectively
• Prior experience in the insurance sector is preferred but not mandatory
• Minimum 12th pass, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
