Great American Custom, an underwriting division of Great American Insurance Group, dedicates itself to serving client needs and delivering outstanding service. This internship will provide experience with primary, excess and professional liability claims-related litigation and business-critical work assignments and projects, an overview of legal experience within a corporate structure and an opportunity to develop work-life skills.

Job Responsibilities Include
- Assist with Litigated and Pre-Litigated matters and Special Projects as assigned
- Conduct legal research on various claim-related issues on a 50-state basis
- Identify legal trends in relevant claim-related subject matters
- Draft memoranda and Project Summary Reports
- Review and synthesize information retrieved from various legal and non-legal databases
- Interact and liaison with in-house claims and legal staff and outside law firms as directed
