Instructional Designer

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Instructional Designer with hands-on expertise in Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate or any other software. In this role, you will take raw content, scripts, and storyboards and transform them into engaging, highly interactive, and visually stunning digital learning modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Course Development: Design and build custom, interactive eLearning assets using Articulate Storyline 360 and Adobe Captivate etc.
• Interactivity & Logic: Use advanced triggers, variables, and state conditions to build elements and simulations.
• LMS Deployment: Publish and package modules compliant with SCORM 1.2 / 2004 formats.
• Multimedia Syncing: Seamlessly integrate audio voiceovers, dynamic videos, custom graphics, and animations.
• QA & Bug Fixing: Perform thorough quality testing to debug course navigation, responsiveness, and tracking metrics before final deployment.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in eLearning content development.
• Software Mastery: Expert command over the full Articulate 360 Suite or Any other Software.
• Design Aesthetic: Strong understanding of clean layouts, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Bonus Tools: Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate or video editing software (After Effects) is a big plus.
• Requirement: Must have an active eLearning Portfolio showcasing live Storyline project samples.
