About the Role

At Aims Digital, we create impactful, engaging, and learner-centric digital learning experiences. We’re looking for a mid-level Instructional Designer with around 2+ years of experience in the eLearning industry. If you enjoy designing learning solutions backed by strong ID principles, collaborating with teams, and ensuring quality output—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and propose effective learning solutions.
• Formulate instructional approaches aligned with learning objectives.
• Create HLOs, DCOs, IDDs, and detailed storyboards in Word and PowerPoint.
• Develop formative and summative assessments to evaluate learner understanding.
• Collaborate with SMEs, project managers, and developers to ensure smooth execution.
• Provide production support and review deliverables for adherence to storyboard instructions.
• Apply learning theories and instructional models effectively in real-world projects.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and clients.
• Manage tasks efficiently with strong time management and prioritization skills.

Key Requirements

• Around 2-4 years of experience in core instructional designing within the eLearning industry (preferred)
• Strong grasp of Instructional Design theories, models, and practices.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Word.
• Familiarity with the eLearning project lifecycle. (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work confidently with cross-functional teams and international clients.
