Responsibilities

• Working with an SME / researching content and writing scripts for Videos and Activity Guides
• Creating Design Documents and Storyboards.
• Building Instructor, Participant, and Activity Guides.
• Collaborating with partners (other Instructional Designers, Graphic Designers, Developers, and Videographers) to create effective learning experiences.
• Creating holistic assessments.
  
  

Required Skills

• 8 to 15 years of Instructional Designing experience.
• Excellent understanding and ability to apply ADDIE or SAM methodologies.
• Exemplary content analytical skills.
• Proven record for on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Ability to work under pressure with tight timelines and prioritize tasks to effectively juggle multiple projects.
• Demonstrates a learning mindset around new learning trends and technologies.
• Research and chunk content across various domains.
• Structure and create course outlines in line with learning objectives, with content classification from provided source content or researched content.
• Review and enhance course outlines, high and low design documents, scripts, storyboards, course output, and media files across various learning formats.
