Experience - 6-10 Years
Location - Noida
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
• Research and identify relevant, up-to-date content sources
• Develop customized curriculum aligned with business and stakeholder needs
• Create engaging training materials: presentations, videos, simulations, quizzes, and more
• Design and deliver content across web-based, instructor-led, and virtual formats
• Apply adult learning principles (including the 70:20:10 model)
🎯 LMS Management:
• Develop and upload eLearning courses
• Manage LMS content, user data, and reporting
• Support employees with LMS queries
• Collaborate with L&D and vendors to enhance system functionality
💡 What We’re Looking For:
• Strong content development and storytelling skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication (including narration)
• Ability to simplify complex concepts into engaging content
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and authoring tools
• Experience with LMS platforms and animated content creation is a plus
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
