Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Finance Director / Finance Manager to lead all financial operations in a growing, operations-driven organization. This senior role oversees budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning while serving as a key business partner to executive leadership and department heads. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of driving profitability, managing risk, and supporting business growth through accurate, timely financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the finance team in preparing annual budgets, rolling forecasts, long-range financial plans, and scenario analyses.
Oversee monthly/quarterly close processes, financial statement preparation (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow), and consolidated reporting.
Provide variance analysis, performance metrics, and actionable insights to leadership on revenue, margins, costs, and cash flow.
Manage cash flow forecasting, treasury functions, banking relationships, and capital allocation decisions.
Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements; coordinate external audits and tax filings.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and financial models to track business health and identify improvement opportunities.
Partner with operations, sales, and executive teams to support pricing strategies, cost control, profitability initiatives, and growth planning.
Lead financial due diligence, modeling, and integration for potential acquisitions or expansions.
Identify financial risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and ensure robust internal controls and processes.
Mentor and develop finance staff, fostering a high-performance, collaborative team environment.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CMA strongly preferred.
Minimum 6–8 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 2–4 years in a director/manager-level role.
Proven leadership in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and team management in a dynamic business environment.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and financial reporting/BI tools (e.g., Power BI, planning software).
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial modeling, cash flow management, and strategic planning.
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to thrive under pressure.
