*Job Description
We are looking for a disciplined and result-oriented Institutional Sales Executive for our B2B / institutional business.
- This role involves regular field visits and business development with:
- Schools
- Colleges
- Hospitals
- Corporates
- Institutional buyers
- Semi-government offices
- Large office procurement teams
*This is a field-heavy role, suitable only for candidates who are comfortable with:
- daily visits,
- lead generation,
- follow-up,
- structured reporting,
- and target-driven work.
*Key Responsibilities
• Visit institutions and office buyers in assigned territory
• Meet Admin / Purchase / Procurement / Stores / Projects departments
• Generate enquiries and build account pipeline
• Conduct product introductions and business discussions
• Follow up for quotations, approvals and order movement
• Maintain daily reporting and lead tracker
• Support in vendor registration / account development
• Achieve monthly activity and sales targets
*Required Candidate Profile
• 1–5 years experience in B2B / institutional / field sales
• Comfortable with daily field work
• Good communication and follow-up ability
• Serious, sincere and disciplined in work style
• Basic Excel / WhatsApp / email reporting skills
• Own conveyance preferred
