Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Industry Tie-up & Placement Officer located in the Mohali district. The role involves establishing and maintaining relationships with various industries to secure campus placements and job opportunities for trainees. The officer will conduct career counseling sessions, facilitate training programs, and participate in educational events. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the training and education teams to align industry needs with skill development programs. Qualifications Skills in Campus Placement and Career Counseling Strong Communication skills Experience in Training and Education domains Excellent organizational and networking abilities Understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS), digital content platforms, assessment tools, etc. Ability to demo, explain, and position tech solutions to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to close deals, manage objections. Strategic Planning & Territory Management Ability to set sales targets, plan sales territories, forecast revenue. Skilled in pipeline management and sales forecasting. Networking & Relationship Management Building trust with potential channel partners through in-person/ virtual meetings, events, and consistent communication. Long-term relationship mindset rather than short-term sales. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as ?B.Tech., MBA
