Installation Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for the position of Installation Manager. The Installation Manager will oversee installation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and team members, scheduling and supervising field teams, performing site assessments, and resolving installation challenges. The individual will ensure adherence to safety protocols and company standards while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Project Management and Team Coordination skills, with the ability to manage installations efficiently.
• Knowledge of UPVC and aluminum products, and experience in overseeing installations of doors and windows.
• Problem-solving and Decision-Making skills to address and resolve on-site challenges effectively.
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills for working with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Attention to Detail and Quality Control expertise to ensure installations meet company standards.
• Proficiency in scheduling and logistics planning for project delivery timelines.
• Previous experience in construction, operations, or related fields is preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree or relevant technical qualification is an advantage.
• Physical ability to visit and assess installation sites as required.
