Inspection Officer – Gold Loan Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate gold articles and ensure accurate assessments for lending purposes.
• Disburse loans based on approved policies and assessed value. Monitor and comply with all operational procedures, rules, and regulations related to gold loans.
• Collaborate with the branch team to achieve lending and business growth targets.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract customers.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or a professional qualification in Business Management, Marketing, Finance, Economics or an equivalent discipline from a recognized university or institute.
• Minimum 02 years of experience in Junior Executive or Executive grades and handled similar job functions (preferably in Finance / Banking Industry).
• A sound knowledge in identification and assessment of the gold articles, sound knowledge in entire gold loan operations and procedures, lending, financial products, credit evaluation, business development, market insights.
• Competency in MS Office package/computer systems.
• Good Communication skills in both Sinhala & English and the ability to communicate in Tamil will be an advantage.
