Overview
Consumer Insights Associate Analyst is a key insights partner role to the EU sector. This role supports the Brand & creative capability analysis run across Europe to identify growth opportunities for the PepsiCo EU business.
This role will be part of the sector team and will be required to work with BU teams to deliver quality analysis on inhouse Brand & Creative capabilities tools; that will involve end to end project management , report storytelling and actionable recommendations – provide objective & expert perspective (“so what”, “why” and “what to do” synthesis) to Insights teams across Europe.
Responsibilities
Lead projects & prepare reports with strong storytelling and recommendations – provide objective, expert perspective (“so what”, “why” and “what to do” synthesis) to Sector Insights teams.
Become the expert on the Creative/Innovation (Ada) and Brand equity Tracking (BBE - Kantar MDS) tools – methodology/interpretation and answer BU questions and provide analytical support as needed.
Presenting the reports to key stakeholders in the insights / cross-functional teams and business leaders as in when needed.
Winning stakeholder trust by understanding business context and being a strategic partner to stakeholders in the long run.
Qualifications
5+ years experience with prior experience in Brand equity tracking, Creative and Innovation testing.
Strong quantitative research methodology knowledge, experience with actionable business recommendations based on learnings/synthesis of data
Excellent analytical, communication and project management skills.
Highly fluent in English – spoken and written.
Ability to lead projects, create & deliver presentations and address complex business questions independently.
