Role: Inside Sales Specialist
As an Inside Sales Specialist at SISYA CLASS, your primary responsibility is to convert potential leads—generated via cold calling or trial/demo sessions—into paid, long-term program enrollments. You will interact directly with parents and students, clearly explain our offerings, address concerns, and ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with leads from trial/demo sessions and convert them to long-term paid enrollments.
Conduct cold calling using provided databases to generate new leads.
Explain the value, structure, and benefits of SISYA CLASS offerings in a persuasive and relatable manner.
Counsel parents and students to help them make informed decisions.
Handle objections effectively and work towards closing sales.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and post-sale support.
Requirements
Minimum 1+ years of experience in inside sales, tele sales, or counselling.
Experience in the EdTech industry is mandatory.
Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
Strong follow-up skills with a customer-first approach.
Ability to build rapport quickly and understand customer needs.
Fluency in both English and Hindi is mandatory.
