About the Role

MyTravaly is looking for energetic and customer-focused Inside Sales Specialists to support our hotel acquisition and growth team. The role involves qualifying inbound hotel leads, coordinating meetings with Business Development Managers (BDMs), following up with prospects, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

This role is critical in improving conversion rates, maintaining strong communication with hotel partners, and supporting the growth of StayConfirm and MyTravaly hospitality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Qualification
  • Handle inbound leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, website enquiries, WhatsApp campaigns, and referrals.

  • Verify hotel information including room inventory, OTA presence, and operational requirements.

  • Identify decision-makers and assess business potential.

  • Categorize leads as Hot, Warm, Cold, or Invalid.

Meeting Coordination
  • Schedule product demonstrations between hotel owners/managers and BDMs.

  • Coordinate demo timings and ensure meeting confirmations.

  • Send reminders and follow-up messages before demos.

Follow-Up Management
  • Conduct post-demo follow-ups with hotel prospects.

  • Address initial queries and maintain regular communication.

  • Track pending decisions and nurture interested hotels.

Client Feedback & Relationship Management
  • Collect reviews and feedback from hotels after product demonstrations.

  • Understand objections, concerns, and customer experience.

  • Share customer insights with sales and product teams.

CRM & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate CRM records.

  • Update lead status, meeting notes, and follow-up activities.

  • Generate daily and weekly sales activity reports.




Requirements

Key Skills Required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Fluent in English and Bengali/Hindi

  • Good phone etiquette and follow-up skills

  • Customer relationship management ability

  • Organized and process-driven

  • Basic understanding of SaaS or hotel technology preferred

  • Comfortable using CRM tools and spreadsheets
