Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Specialist role based in Salem. The Inside Sales Specialist will engage with prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and online channels to understand their training and consulting needs and present appropriate CloudShinePro solutions. Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, maintaining a sales pipeline, scheduling and conducting product demos or discussions, and following up to close opportunities. The role also involves building strong customer relationships, addressing inquiries, collaborating with the operations and training teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, and tracking sales activities in CRM tools. The Inside Sales Specialist is expected to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and representing CloudShinePro’s brand professionally.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Demonstrated Inside Sales experience, including lead generation and pipeline management.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and customer service, with the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and consultative approach.
- Ability to work with CRM or sales management tools, and to analyze basic sales metrics.
- Goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in follow-ups and documentation.
- Prior experience in IT training, consulting, or SaaS/ERP sales is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
