Job Description

We are hiring for a dynamic Inside Sales Specialist to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with hands-on experience in cold calling, preferably from an IT or service sales background


What You'll Do

  • Make high-volume outbound cold calls to potential clients and prospects
  • Independently research and build prospect databases using LinkedIn, Apollo, directories, and other online sources
  • Work with leads from both inbound and outbound sources - company-provided as well as self-sourced
  • Reach out to prospects via email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn messaging in addition to calls
  • Write and send prospecting emails and follow-up sequences
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through the sales funnel
  • Manage and track the lead pipeline at every stage - from first contact to handover
  • Set up meetings, calls, or product demos for the senior sales team
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
  • Support senior sales in sending proposals and quotations when required
  • Reactivate dormant or old leads from existing databases
  • Handle objections confidently and advance conversations toward closures
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in CRM tools with call outcomes, remarks, and next steps
  • Prepare and share daily/weekly reports on call activity, lead status, and pipeline progress
  • Continuously build product/service knowledge to pitch effectively


What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in inside sales or cold calling (Must-Have)
  • Background in IT Sales or Service Industry preferred
  • Ability to independently research, find, and validate prospect data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with objection handling and basic negotiation
  • Experience with multi-channel outreach - calls, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho / HubSpot / Salesforce)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with reporting and documentation
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and target-driven attitude


Preferred

  • Experience in lead generation (B2B preferred)
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar prospecting tools
  • Prior experience handling both inbound inquiries and outbound prospecting
  • Experience reactivating dormant leads or managing large prospect databases
