Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Associate/Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in engaging with potential customers, effectively communicating product details, and ensuring a positive customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to leads coming through various platforms like Website, WhatsApp, Phone calls, and more.
  • Follow up and engage with leads in a professional and persuasive manner, providing information about our gemstone offerings and promotions.
  • Build rapport and trust with potential customers to nurture them towards making a purchase.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and progress in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to achieve and exceed targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Saturday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (1 Hour Lunch Break)
