Job Description
CyboSec Technologies is looking for a passionate and result-driven Inside Sales Manager to expand our channel partner network across India and drive lead generation activities in the cybersecurity and networking domain.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Appoint and manage Channel Partners across India
• Generate qualified leads for cybersecurity and networking solutions
• Build relationships with System Integrators, MSPs, VARs, and IT partners
• Coordinate with sales and technical teams for partner onboarding
• Conduct outbound calls, follow-ups, and partner engagement activities
• Maintain CRM and sales pipeline updates
• Support partner enablement and business development initiatives
Requirements:
• 2–5 Years of experience in Inside Sales / Channel Sales / IT Sales
• Experience in cybersecurity, networking, firewall, or IT infrastructure sales is preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets
• Familiarity with partner ecosystem and lead generation strategies
