About the Company
A US-headquartered product company is scaling its India hub and has partnered with Flexiple to hire its inside-sales team. You will sell remotely to a global customer base and help build a repeatable inside-sales motion. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
Role Overview
As an Inside Sales Manager, you will run a high-velocity remote sales desk, converting inbound and outbound leads into revenue while coaching the team on what closes.
Key Responsibilities
Selling and Closing
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and run them to close over calls and video
- Deliver remote demos and handle objections and pricing
- Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Team and Process
- Coach reps on call quality, follow-up cadence, and conversion
- Keep pipeline clean and forecasts accurate in the CRM
- Refine scripts, cadences, and the inside-sales playbook
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3 to 7 years in inside sales or remote B2B selling
- A track record of hitting quota in a high-velocity desk
- Strong phone and written communication skills
- Hands-on with CRM tools and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling SaaS or software to global customers
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or similar
- Comfort with a partial US time-zone overlap
