Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Manager based in Gurgaon, India. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, building and maintaining customer relationships, and managing accounts. The role will also include driving sales growth, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing client needs effectively. The Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to enhance sales strategies and ensure alignment with company goals.


Key Requirements:

Lead Generation & Prospecting – Identifying and targeting companies with high-volume hiring needs and building a strong sales pipeline.


LinkedIn Sales Navigator Expertise – Finding decision-makers, initiating conversations, and nurturing prospects through LinkedIn outreach.


B2B Email Outreach & Campaigns – Crafting targeted, personalized email campaigns that generate responses and drive demo bookings.


Persuasive Communication & Sales Pitching – Clearly articulating the value of AI recruitment solutions and motivating prospects to schedule demos.


Pipeline Management & Follow-ups – Tracking leads, maintaining consistent follow-ups, and moving prospects through the sales funnel effectively.
