Role Description This full-time Inside Sales Executive role is an on-site position based in Bangalore Urban. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, responding to inquiries, and explaining property documentation and service offerings to prospective clients. The Inside Sales Executive will qualify leads, maintain and update the CRM or lead database, and follow up consistently to convert prospects into paying customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with operations teams to understand service timelines, preparing basic quotations or proposals, and ensuring a smooth handover of confirmed clients. The role also requires maintaining sales reports, meeting daily and monthly targets, and providing a high standard of customer service throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Inside Sales and Sales, with experience in meeting targets and closing deals.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing follow-ups.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to handle client interactions professionally.
- Basic knowledge of real estate or property documentation processes will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Bangalore Urban, manage time effectively, and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
