Inside Sales Executive – MICE Travel (Hotel Industry)

LOTO Hotels is a fast-growing hospitality brand focused on delivering premium yet affordable stays across key destinations in India. With a strong presence in pilgrimage, leisure, and business hubs, we specialize in group bookings, corporate stays, and MICE travel solutions, offering seamless experiences to our partners and guests.

We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive to drive MICE and corporate travel business for LOTO Hotels. The role involves handling B2B clients, generating group booking leads, and converting opportunities into revenue through strong relationship management and sales strategies.

• Generate leads for MICE, corporate bookings, and group travel
• Manage inbound & outbound sales via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
• Build strong relationships with corporates, travel agents, event planners
• Promote LOTO Hotels’ portfolio for conferences, events, and group stays
• Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and close deals
• Coordinate with hotel operations for smooth execution of bookings
• Achieve defined sales targets and revenue goals
• Maintain CRM and track sales pipeline

• 1–4 years experience in hotel sales / MICE / travel industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Understanding of corporate travel & group booking cycles
• Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
