Job Title: Executive / Sr Executive - CRM/ Marketing

Location: Gurgaon


Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented CRM or Marketing Automation & Digital Campaign executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling marketing automation, CRM systems, email and WhatsApp advertising, and a solid understanding of digital campaigns, including Search, Meta, and PMax. Proficiency in Excel is essential for this role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM & Marketing Automation:

- Manage and optimize marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

- Execute and track email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and

high engagement rates.

- Segment and manage customer databases to personalize communication and improve

campaign effectiveness.

  • Digital Campaign Management:

- Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across various platforms, including Google

Search, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Performance Max (PMax).

- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to meet KPIs and ROIs.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative assets and ad copy that align with

campaign objectives.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting:

- Use Excel to analyze campaign data, generate insights, and create detailed reports.

- Track and report on key metrics, providing recommendations for optimization.

  • Cross-Channel Coordination:

- Coordinate with different teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all

marketing channels.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and automation.


Qualifications:

- Graduate with Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, and digital

campaign management.

- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Search, Meta, and PMax.

- Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyze data and generate insights.

- Experience in email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.

- Excellent communication and project management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
