Job Description
Inside Sales Executive / SDR & CSR
Shift: Night Shift
Timing: 9:00 PM To 6:00 AM IST
Communication: English Must Have
Roles & Responsibilities
Sales Development (SDR Responsibilities)
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify potential customers.
- Conduct initial outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to introduce company services.
- Understand prospect requirements and determine their fit for the company’s offerings.
- Schedule meetings or demos for the senior sales team with qualified prospects.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
Inside Sales & Lead Follow-Up
- Manage daily follow-ups with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Track all communication and update lead status in CRM.
- Ensure no lead is missed and maintain a structured follow-up process.
- Assist in sending proposals, presentations, and company information to prospects.
- Support the sales team in closing opportunities by maintaining regular client engagement.
Customer Service (CSR Responsibilities)
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests.
- Address client questions regarding services, timelines, and processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Workflow & Coordination
- Manage communication between sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Track project progress and ensure tasks are followed up internally.
- Maintain organized documentation of client interactions, deals, and tasks.
- Ensure smooth handover of clients from sales to the delivery or project team.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and customer information.
- Track pipeline movement, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Prepare daily or weekly reports on lead progress and client interactions.
Preferred Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools (Zoho CRM, HubSpot, etc.).
- Ability to handle client communication and follow-ups professionally.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience in B2B sales or client servicing is a plus.
