Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Inside Sales Executive. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing lead generation, reaching out to potential clients, building and developing relationships, converting leads into sales, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards. The role also includes collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to Fitelo’s growth and mission in providing accessible wellness solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and experience in generating and converting leads
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with diverse clients effectively
• Proven expertise in Sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Team-oriented mindset with problem-solving capabilities
• Basic understanding of health, fitness, or lifestyle industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
