Location: Gurgaon & Goregaon West, Mumbai

Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA (In-hand) + Attractive Incentives


Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about sales, skilled at engaging prospects, and confident in delivering compelling product demonstrations. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by nurturing leads and supporting the overall sales pipeline.


Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with inbound and pre-qualified leads (No cold calling required)
  • Identify, generate, and qualify sales opportunities
  • Understand customer requirements and effectively present suitable solutions
  • Deliver impactful product/service demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
  • Follow up with leads and build strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets


Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (verbal and written)
  • Strong presentation and product demonstration abilities
  • Confident in showcasing products/services to diverse client profiles
  • Effective interpersonal and persuasion skills
  • Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into customers
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented and target-driven mindset
