We specialize in creating functional, elegant, and customized home interiors that reflect our clients’ lifestyles, delivering both high-quality design and seamless execution.


Role Overview


We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Inside Sales / Showroom Sales Executive to manage client interactions at our showroom and handle incoming inquiries.

You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, helping understand their requirements, explaining our interior design process, and guiding them toward scheduling a consultation with our design team.


This role involves consultative selling, where strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills are essential to convert inquiries into design consultations and projects.


Responsibilities


  • Welcome and assist clients visiting the showroom, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
  • Handle incoming calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries from prospective customers.
  • Understand client requirements and explain our interior design services and process.
  • Schedule and coordinate design consultations with the design team.
  • Maintain and track leads, inquiries, and follow-ups in CRM or internal systems.
  • Conduct proactive follow-ups with potential clients to move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Support the sales and design teams with client coordination and documentation.
  • Ensure smooth front office operations and a high-quality client experience.


What Success Looks like in this Role


  • You create an excellent first impression for every client visiting the showroom.
  • You quickly understand customer requirements and guide them through the design consultation process.
  • You consistently convert inquiries into scheduled consultations for the design team.
  • You maintain strong follow-ups that help improve showroom conversion rates.


Requirements


  • 2–4 years of experience in inside sales, showroom sales, front office, or client-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and client handling skills.
  • Strong sales orientation and ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Presentable, confident, and customer-focused personality.
  • Good organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools.


Preferred Background:

Experience in interior design, furniture, home décor, modular kitchens, real estate, or premium retail sales will be an advantage.
